Sales Manager required
1. Ensure right products in each outlet, monitor the fast- and slow-moving items, monitor supply, damage/exchanged, age items
2. Place purchasing orders to head office
3. Make sure the distributive logistic arrangement
4. Response to products line up and guide visual merchandisers
5. Forecast the trendy and plan the stock level availably accurately
6. Supervise the inventory, and track the product movement
7. Position well the pricing metric and revert with feedback to management on sell points.
8. Prepare monthly reports and gather all the information related to products and customers feedback to improve the customer’s satisfaction.
9. Provide the suggestion to design teams on the market view.
1. Train new sales to develop products knowledge and preach company insight core messages
2. Supervise all sales’ schedules, attendance and deployment
3. Outlet visits according to schedule
4. Set up the benchmark and KPI monthly, supporting/motivating/under performers.
5. Carry out assessment on periodic term
6. Keep the consistency of company culture and service standards
1. Supervise all materials related to sales activities
2. Software and Pos system support
